# The Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958


(1) Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert—
“Technology Strategy Board.”.
