# The Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 by adding an entry for the Technology Strategy Board, in order to make the administrative and departmental records of that body public records.
