  "text": "In Schedule 1, after paragraph 3 insert—\n“4. The proprietor of a relevant academy, where—\n“proprietor” has the meaning given by section 579(1) of the Education Act 1996;\n“relevant academy” means any of—\n(a) an Academy school within the meaning of section 1A of the Academies Act 2010;\n(b) a 16 to 19 Academy within the meaning of section 1B of that Act; and\n(c) an alternative provision Academy within the meaning of section 1C of that Act.”.",
