# The Public Sector Apprenticeship Targets (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 10: Amendment of Schedule 1


In Schedule 1, after paragraph 3 insert—
“4. The proprietor of a relevant academy, where—
“proprietor” has the meaning given by section 579(1) of the Education Act 1996;
“relevant academy” means any of—
(a) an Academy school within the meaning of section 1A of the Academies Act 2010;
(b) a 16 to 19 Academy within the meaning of section 1B of that Act; and
(c) an alternative provision Academy within the meaning of section 1C of that Act.”.
