# The Public Sector Apprenticeship Targets (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 7 (public sector apprenticeship target: Group A and Group B)


In regulation 7—
(a) in paragraph (2) for “the day before the first day” to the end of that paragraph substitute “31st March 2021 (“figure X”)”;
(b) for paragraph (3) substitute—
“(3) Step 2 is to multiply figure X in relation to that Group by 0.023 (“figure Y”).”;
(c) omit paragraph (4);
(d) in paragraph (5) for “Step 4” substitute “Step 3”.
