# Public Service Pensions Act 2013, Paragraph 6


Scheme regulations for fire and rescue workers may be made by—
(a) the Secretary of State, in or as regards England;
(b) the Welsh Ministers, in or as regards Wales;
(c) the Scottish Ministers, in or as regards Scotland.
