# Public Service Pensions Act 2013, Paragraph 20


In section 249A (requirement for internal controls), in subsection (3)—
(a) before paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(za) a public service pension scheme;”;
(b) in paragraph (a) for “a scheme” there is substituted “ any other scheme ”.
