  "text": "(1) Section 13 (improvement notices) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)(a), after “90” there is inserted “ or 90A ”.\n(3) In subsection (7)—\n(a) in paragraph (c), the final “or” is repealed;\n(b) at the end there is inserted\n“or\n(e) section 5(4) (pension board: conflicts of interest and representation), 6 (pension board: information), 14 (information about benefits) or 16 (records) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.”",
