Paragraph 6 I1

In section 70 (duty to report breaches of the law), in subsection (1)—

(a)

after paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(aa)
a member of the pension board of a public service pension scheme;”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “such a scheme” there is substituted “ an occupational or personal pension scheme ”.
