  "text": "(1) Section 71 (short service benefit) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3), for “subsection (4)” there is substituted “ subsections (4) and (5A) ”.\n(3) After subsection (5) there is inserted—\n“(5A) Subsection (3) does not apply in relation to a scheme under section 1 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.”",
