# Public Service Pensions Act 2013, Paragraph 29


In Schedule 7 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (protected functions of the Lord Chancellor), in Part A of paragraph 4, at the end there is inserted—
“Public Service Pensions Act 2013
Schedule 1, paragraph 2(1).
Schedule 2, paragraph 2”.
