# The Public Service Vehicle Operators (Qualifications) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Paragraph 2


In sub-paragraph 7(c) after the words “transport operations” there shall be added “as amended by Council Directive (EEC) No. 89/438 of 21st June 1989”.
