  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000. Their main effect is to put back the date on which the requirements of paragraph 5(3)(b) to (e) of Schedule 1 (boarding ramps) come into effect from 1st January 2003 to 1st January 2004. They also increase the angle of slope of a fitted wheelchair ramp to a maximum of 8°.",
