Coming into force 11th August 2003
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (“the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with such representative organisations as he thought fit in accordance with section 45(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
