Laid before Parliament 6th August 20 04
Coming into force 30th August 2004
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and after consultation with such representative organisations as he thinks fit in accordance with section 45(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
