  "text": "DISABLED PERSONS\nMade 27th October 2005\nLaid before Parliament 2nd November 2005\nComing into force 12th December 2005\nThe Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40 and 41 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.\nIn accordance with section 40(7) of that Act he has consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and such representative organisations as he thinks fit.",
