# The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2007
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act he has consulted such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
