# The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 12th June 2008
Coming into force 13th July 2008
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act she has consulted such representative organisations as she thinks fit.
