# The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment)(No.2) Regulations 2009, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 3rd May 2009
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and by virtue of the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009.
In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act he has consulted such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
