  "text": "This Part has effect with respect to the issue by a vehicle examiner in respect of a particular regulated public service vehicle under section 41(1)(a) of the Act of a certificate that such provisions of these Regulations as relate to that vehicle are satisifed in respect of it, and in this Part, Part VII and Schedule 4 the certificate so issued is referred to as an “accessibility certificate”.",
