  "text": "(1) All floors within a regulated public service vehicle shall be slip-resistant.\n(2) Any gangway within a regulated public service vehicle shall have a slope of not more than 5° in any direction, when the vehicle is unladen standing on a level surface and in its normal condition of travel.",
