These Regulations amend regulation 9of the Public Service Vehicles (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1985 so as to permit the Armed Forces, the Fire Brigadeand the Police to authorise persons to conduct driving tests for public service vehicle driver’s licences.These Regulations further amend regulation 10(2) of those Regulations by increasing from £42 to £45 the fee payable by an applicant for a public service vehicle driver’s licence for the provision by a Traffic Commissioner of facilities to undergo a driving test.
