  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the fees charged for public service vehicle operator licences granted under Part II of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981.\nFee changes, together with the percentage increase, are shown in the table below. The fees were last increased or decreased on 1st April 2012.\nOld Fee\nNew Fee\nPercentage Increase\nApplication for a standard licence\n£206\n£209\n1.5%\nApplication for a restricted licence\n£206\n£209\n1.5%\nApplication to vary a condition on a licence so as to increase the maximum number of vehicles\n£121\n£122\n0.8%\nFees for a special licence application and the continuation in force of a special licence remain the same.\nAn impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the voluntary sector is available from the DVSA Corporate Office, Berkeley House, Croydon Street, Bristol BS5 0DA (telephone: 0117 954 3200). A copy has been placed in the library of each House of Parliament. The impact assessment is annexed to the Explanatory Memorandum which is available alongside the instrument on www.legislation.gov.uk. DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) was formed on 1st April 2014 following the merger of VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) with the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) to form a single entity.",
