# The Public Services Contracts Regulations 1993, Regulation 33: Amendment of the Public Supply Contracts Regulations


The Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1991 shall be amended—
(a) in regulation 2(1) by omitting from the definition of “public supply contract” subparagraph (ii);
(b) by deleting regulation 7(7).
