  "heading": "Special reports relating to the Welsh Government and the National Assembly for Wales Commission",
  "text": "(1) This section applies if a special report is made in a case where the investigation was made in respect of the Welsh Government or the National Assembly for Wales Commission.\n(2) The relevant person must lay a copy of the report before the Assembly.\n(3) In subsection (2) “the relevant person” means—\n(a) if the investigation was made in respect of the Welsh Government, the First Minister for Wales, and\n(b) if the investigation was made in respect of the National Assembly for Wales Commission, a member of that Commission.",
