  "text": "In the Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) (Scotland) Order 2001, in—\n(a) article 2B(2) (bodies and other persons required to prepare and publish a race equality scheme), omit sub-paragraphs (1) and (o); and\n(b) Schedule 3 (excepted bodies or persons), omit the entries relating to—\n(i) the Advisory Committee on Sites of Special Scientific Interest;\n(ii) the Building Standards Advisory Committee;\n(iii) the Historic Environment Advisory Council for Scotland;\n(iv) the Scottish Industrial Development Advisory Board; and\n(v) the Scottish Records Advisory Council.",
