# Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, Section 99: Arrangements entered into by local authority or health body: services to be registered


Where, in the performance of its functions—
(a) a local authority, or
(b) a health body,
makes arrangements with any person to provide a care service, it must ensure that the service, when provided, is registered under Chapter 3.
