  "heading": "Short title, commencement and extent",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.\n(2) Section 3 and this section come into force on the day on which this Act is passed.\n(3) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on such day as a Minister of the Crown may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.\n(4) This Act extends to England and Wales.",
