# The Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1991, Regulation 5: Application of the Regulations


These Regulations apply whenever a contracting authority seeks offers in relation to a proposed public supply contract other than a public supply contract excluded from the application of these Regulations by regulations 6 and 7.
