# The Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1995, Regulation 17: Supplementary information


The contracting authority may require a supplier to provide information supplementing the information supplied in accordance with regulations 14, 15 and 16 or to clarify that information, provided that the information so required relates to the matters specified in regulations 14, 15 and 16.
