  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Secretary of State granted to Cable North (Dumbarton) Ltd on 18th January 1990 a licence under section 7 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 to run the telecommunication systems specified in Annex A to that licence, in Dumbarton Town and the Vale of Leven. A copy of the licence was laid before Parliament on 30th January 1990. This Order designates those telecommunication systems as public telecommunica-tion systems. Consequently, by virtue of section 9(3) of that Act, Cable North (Dumbarton) Ltd will be a public telecommunications operator when the Order comes into force.\nA copy of the licence may be obtained from the Office of Telecommunications, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London EC1N 2HQ.",
