  "text": "TELECOMMUNICATIONS\nMade 3rd December 1998\nLaid before Parliament 9th December 1998\nComing into force 7th January 1999\nWhereas the Secretary of State has granted to Ibercom Limited on 5th August 1998 a licence (“the Licence”) under section 7 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (“the Act”), to which section 8 of the Act applies, for the running of the telecommunication systems specified in the Licence (“the Applicable Systems”):\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Act, hereby makes the following Order:–",
