  "text": "The Public Trustee Rules 1912 shall be amended as follows:—\n(1) In rule 15—\n(a) the words “in manner hereinafter provided and” shall be omitted from paragraph (1).\n(b) The following shall be substituted for paragraphs (2) and (3):—\n“(2) Any such question shall be submitted—\n(a) to such Judge of the Chancery Division as the Vice-Chancellor may specify; and\n(b) in such manner as that judge may direct.”\n(2) In rule 22, after the word “cheque” where it first appears, the words “on the Bank of England bearing a signature or a facsimile signature of an officer of the Public Trustee authorised in writing by him to act in that behalf or a cheque” shall be inserted.",
