Laid before Parliament 22nd July 1983
Coming into Operation 15th August 1983
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(4) and 14(1) of the Public Trustee Act 1906, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Rules:—
