  "text": "These Rules—\n(a) dispense with the formal nomination of a Judge of the Chancery Division to advise upon questions referred to him by the Public Trustee in the course of the administration of a trust; and\n(b) provide for the signature or facsimile signature of an officer authorised by the Public Trustee to be placed on cheques making payments to beneficiaries.",
