# The Public Trustee (Custodian Trustee) (Amendment) Rules 1985, Note: Explanatory note


These Rules enable subsidiaries of the British Gas Corporation to act as a Custodian Trustee of schemes and arrangements established by the British Gas Corporation to provide pensions, gratuities and similar benefits to or in respect of persons employed in the Gas industry.
