  "text": "Rule 30 of the Public Trustee Rules 1912 shall be amended as follows:—\n(1) After the figure “30” there shall be inserted the figure “(1)”.\n(2) The following sub-paragraph shall be added after sub-paragraph (i):—\n“(j) The National Coal Board or any subsidiary of the National Coal Board, but only in relation to a scheme or arrangements established under regulations made under section 37 of the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946;”.\n(3) The following paragraph shall be inserted at the end:—\n“(2) In this rule “subsidiary” has the same meaning as in section 154 of the Companies Act 1948. ”.",
