  "text": "Following the reorganisation of the National Health Service by the Health Services Act 1980 (c. 53) “Area Health Authorities” were abolished and replaced by “District Health Authorities”. These rules are therefore consequential upon that reorganisation and enable a District Health Authority to act as a custodian trustee.",
