Article 2

Rule 30(1) of the Public Trustee Rules 1912^f1 shall be amended by the addition of the following sub-paragraph after sub-paragraph (j):

“(k)

any corporation acting as trustee of the trusts of any pension scheme or pension fund established or maintained by the British Broadcasting Corporation, but only in relation to those trusts.”.
