  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend rule 30 of the Public Trustee Rules 1912 so as to include as a corporation entitled to act as custodian trustee any corporation acting as trustee of trusts of any pension scheme or fund established or maintained by the British Broadcasting Corporation.",
