Article 2

In article 17 of the Public Trustee (Fees) Order 1985 (“the principal Order”)^f1 the words in paragraph (4) from “in respect of the first £10,000” to “0.25 per cent” shall be omitted and the following substituted—

“

in respect of the first £20,000 1.25 per cent
in respect of any excess over £20,000 up to £100,000 1 per cent
in respect of any excess over £100,000 up to £250,000 0.5 per cent
in respect of any excess over £250,000 up to £2,000,000 0.4 per cent
in respect of any excess over £2,000,000 0.15 per cent.

”
