# The Public Trustee (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1993

This Order further amends the Public Trustee (Fees) Order 1985 by adjusting the withdrawal fee rate fixed by that Order.

## Introductory text

TRUSTEES
Made 10th March 1993
Coming into force 1st April 1993
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the Public Trustee Act 1906, and with the sanction of the Lord Chancellor, hereby make the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Public Trustee (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

## 2 

In article 20 of the Public Trustee (Fees) Order 1985—
(a) the figure “6½” shall be substituted for the figure “5½” in paragraph (2); and
(b) the figure “1 2/13” shall be substituted for the figure “1” in paragraph (3).
