  "text": "In article 11(2)—\n(a) for the words from “in respect of the first £50,000” to the words “shall not be less than £550.” substitute—\n“\nin respect of the first £50,000\n7.7 per cent\nin respect of any excess over £50,000 up to £75,000\n6 per cent\nin respect of any excess over £75,000 up to £100,000\n3 per cent\nin respect of any excess over £100,000 upwards\n2 per cent\nbut so that the fee payable shall not be less than £770.\n”\n; and\n(b) in paragraph (b) of the proviso, for “£100” substitute “£150”.",
