Article 29 Fees for registration of documents in respect of deceased persons and searches of the register
The following fees shall be payable in respect of the functions of the Public Trustee under section 19 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994f1 (Functions of Public Trustee in relation to notices etc.):
(a)
for entering details of documents on the register, £20 for each deceased person against whose name the details are registered, payable in relation to each property in respect of which registration is made;
(b)
for causing a search of the register to be made, £10 for each name or variation of a name against which the search is made.
