# The Public Trustee (Fees) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2008
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 9(1) of the Public Trustee Act 1906 as extended by section 1 of the Public Trustee (Fees) Act 1957.
