# Public Works Loans Act 1875, Section 20: Securities to be taken in name of the Public Works Loans Secretary.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

All securities for any local loan may be given to the Public Works Loans Secretary. Every such security is in this Act referred to as a security given to the Treasury.
