# Public Works Loans Act 1875, Section 32: Form of mortgage.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Every security given under this Act may be in such form as may be prescribed, and the fact of the Public Works Loans Secretary being a party thereto shall be conclusive evidence that the same is in the prescribed form, and every such security shall be valid and effectual to pass all the estate, right, and interest purporting to be passed thereunder by the parties executing the same, subject to the provisions of this Act.
