# Public Works Loans Act 1875, Section 34: Recovery of local loan after the expiration of term for repayment.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The expiration of the period within which a local loan is made repayable (whether such period is the full period allowed by this or the special Act or a shorter period) shall not in any way affect any power of the Treasury of recovering or enforcing payment of any sum due in respect of such loan.
