# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 30


In cases where damage to the premises to which the tenancy or licence relates impacts on the tied pub’s potential for trading, the pub-owning business’s policy in respect of the temporary suspension of—
(a) rent or money payable in lieu of rent; and
(b) minimum purchasing requirements under the tie.
