# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 36


Where a tied pub tenant is in breach of the tenancy or licence, the pub-owning business’s procedures for informing the tied pub tenant that the tenant is in breach and whether the tenant will have opportunities to remedy the breach before any enforcement action is taken.
